This yarn is 100% New Zealand made with mohair produced on our farm located on the Banks Peninsula, south of Christchurch. 55% Young Goat Mohair 45% Fine Merino. 110m per 100g skein, approx. Nice rounded yarn, takes dye beautifully. Mohair, also known as the "noble fibre" or the "diamond fibre" is growing in popularity. This yarn is perfect for knitting and is extremely soft.

The animals are well fed and taken care of, and in return they reward us with exquisite, award winning fleeces, which we then use to produce a variety of products for the craft industry.
